Bon en plus c'est plus spécifiquement le "Resveratrol". Je cite wikipedia: Le resvératrol est un polyphénol de la classe des stilbènes présent dans certains fruits comme les raisins, les mûres ou les cacahuètes. On le retrouve en quantité notable dans le vin où sa présence a été invoquée pour expliquer les effets bénéfiques pour la santé d’une consommation modérée de vin.
