L'idée:

  • avec l'imprimante en 3D utiliser un genre de "plastique-cire"
  • imprimer l'objet en mode "quasi vide"
  • mettre cet objet dans le sable
  • verser le métal liquide

We printed the 3d model with 0% infill - a shell only. Then we buried it in greensand (casting sand). The molten copper was enough to burn out the plastic in place. We melted the copper with an induction furnace.
