On me posait la question la semaine dernière - un Instructables pour se fabriquer ses filaments 3D

Donc, à partir de "billes" de plastique "on" peut (lui il peut) se fabriquer ses filaments 3D.
Reste encore un build pour recycler une mauvaise impression 3D en ces "billes" ;)

This is how my filament extruders runs. It outputs between 4-5m/min.

The motors may stall at some time. If this happens the set temperature to melt the pellets might be to low.
This setup uses a sieve just before the nozzle. This might at some point get clogged resulting in a too high preasure for the motor to handle. So cleaning the inside of the barrel from past extrusions might be advisable.

In this video I am extruding ABS/PC pellets. The datasheet lists a melting point between 220-280°C. The MFR is 17.
