Krang ?  C'est le truc extra terrestre qui ressemble à un cerveau dans les tortues ninja est qui "marche" dans un robot qu'il pilote, cf villains.wikia.com/wiki/Krang

Et ce poipoisson, il est filmé par la caméra et en fonction de sa position dans l'aquarium, le truc à roue avance, tourne, etc ...
