Nach ca. 2 Jahren Entwicklungsarbeit habe ich mit meinem Freund Michael nun unseren selbst gebauten Tischtennis Roboter soweit fertig gestellt, dass man mit ihm schon ordentliche Ballwechsel spielen kann. Es ist übrigens reiner Zufall, dass die Firma Kuka an einem ähnlichen Projekt mit Timo Boll gearbeitet hat. Wir wussten davon garnichts und sind aber trotzdem vom Konzept und der Umsetzung des KUKA Roboters schwer begeistert.

After 2 years of development, we are very happy ad proud to present our DIY ping pong robot UHTTR-1, which is currently only able to play in passive mode.
Its a coincidence that the german company Kuka released a similar concept at the same time in relation with the german professional tabletennis player Timo Boll. We are also very excited about their ping pong robot and the concept that stands behind it.
