Ubuntu LTS == un système Linux, ici Ubuntu en version LTS, c'est à dire Long-term support (ou ils vont la mettre à jour jusqu'ici 2025)
Windows 10 WSL == Windows Subsystem for Linux en gros là un noyau Minux simulé mais bientôt, en théorie en Mai prochain, avec WSL 2, un vrai noyau Linux dans Windows 10
Et donc là ya 2 andouilles qui ont installé le système je suppose SANS lire le manuel: genre c'est assez clair

Ubuntu 20.04 on Windows allows you to use Ubuntu Terminal and run Ubuntu command line utilities including bash, ssh, git, apt and many more.
Please note that Windows 10 S does not support running this app.To launch, use "ubuntu2004" on the command-line prompt (cmd.exe), or click on the Ubuntu tile in the Start Menu.
To use this feature, one first needs to use "Turn Windows features on or off" and select "Windows Subsystem for Linux", click OK, reboot, and use this app.The above step can also be performed using Administrator PowerShell prompt:
Enable-WindowsOptionalFeature -Online -FeatureName Microsoft-Windows-Subsystem-LinuxThis app installs the Ubuntu 20.04 LTS release on Windows.
Please note that app updates don't change the Ubuntu installation. To upgrade to a new release please run do-release-upgrade in the Ubuntu Terminal.

Note: sur mon bon vieux W10 avec mon PC qui a plus de 6 ans, ça marche bien ;)
Rappel aussi: avec un serveur X dans Windows 10 vous pouvez lancer des applis "X" perso je l'utilisais pour lancer aussi des browsers genre Chromium ou Firefox sous Linux pour faire des test WebRTC =)
